Private & Individual Mediations
Mediation Session – 09.30 to 13.00 @ €500 + VAT
Each additional hour €150 + VAT
Under this heading the following mediations will be included: -
- Family law mediations
- Succession/estate disputes
- Nuisance and/or trespass disputes
- Employment disputes for small companies
- The community and/or neighbour disputes
- Miscellaneous disputes
Commercial & Insurance Litigation
Minimum retainer of €2,000 to cover one day
For every additional day thereafter a further €2,000
Under this heading the following disputes will be mediated: -
- Commercial disputes between companies
- Employment disputes within large companies and multi-nationals
- Environmental and Local Authority disputes
- Assessment of personal injury litigation where insurance companies are anxious to access mediation
- Commercial leasing and landlord and tenant disputes
- Shareholder disputes and Section 205 type actions
- Winding up and/or related petitions
- Large debt recovery and/or mediated Bank settlements
- Agricultural disputes with the Department of Agriculture and/or agricultural disputes with Banks or Estate Agents
